<p><strong>Ingredientes:</strong></p>
<p>🔅1 pechuga grande de pollo<br />
🔅Jugo de un limón chico<br />
🔅3 dientes de ajo<br />
🔅1 unidad de cebolla de verdeo<br />
🔅1 puerro picado<br />
🔅3 cucharadas de queso blanco ( untable)<br />
🔅Sal, pimienta y nuez moscada<br />
🔅Perejil o cilantro<br />
🔅Rocío vegetal<br />
✏Opcional: algunos champiñones</p>
<p><strong><br />
Preparación:</strong></p>
<p>• Cortar el pollo en cubos y condimentar.<br />
• Cocina el pollo a media cocción, en una sartén pincelada con aceite. Agregar el jugo de limón la sal y pimienta. Reservar.<br />
• En otra sartén pincela con aceite, rehoga los ajos enteros machacados y agrega el puerro y la cebolla de verdeo picados, junto con algunas cucharadas de agua y los condimentos. Cocinar.<br />
• Incorpora el queso blanco a las verduras y condimenta a gusto.<br />
• Finalmente, agrega el pollo y cocina con olla tapada a fuego lento durante 10 minutos.<br />
• Retirar del fuego, decorar con cilantro o perejil y sírvelo en un lindo plato.</p>
<p>✏Nota:<br />
• Si quieres  agregar los champiñones, cocínalos junto con los ajos.</p>
