<p>📣Algo que siempre digo, y quiero volver a repetirlo las veces que sea necesario!</p>
<p>🌷 Cambiar un hábito lleva tiempo, y no necesariamente tiene que ser radical, es un proceso que vas haciendo sin darte cuenta&#8230;fluye!</p>
<p>Es fundamental que encuentres lo que te hace bien, desde tu «deseo y necesidad» de «estar mejor y sano», sostenido en el tiempo.</p>
<p>Por eso, “PECAR”🙄 como lo piensa el que hace dieta no existe!!!!<br />
Tampoco existe «el PERMITODO «, ya que no hay nada prohibido cuando se cambian los hábitos.</p>
<p>✔️Es más constructivo entender, que cada comida es una OPORTUNIDAD, para volver a trabajar en cambiar esas conductas que te estancan, por NUEVOS HÁBITOS y formas de relacionarte con una alimentación saludable.🤗</p>
